The fine print
Please note that the 50% prepayment deposit must be paid by bank transfer at least 4 weeks before arrival. Please note that between 20 and 52 kWh of electricity per day is included in the price, depending on the number of guests. Any additional electricity usage will be charged separately at a rate of USD 0.50 per kWh. The security deposit is fully refundable within 8 days after check-out, subject to deductions for any additional electricity consumption and any damage done to the accommodation.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
