The staff is very helpful. I do remember the first day I arrived, because I had a knee problem, and it was snowing a lot and very slippery, I found it difficult to bring my luggage, there was only 1 girl standing by in receptionist. I asked her whether there was a male staff member who could help me with the luggage because it was pretty heavy. since she is the only one, she literally just went out and took my luggage. her name is Victoria, and she is also very friendly. thank you so much, I am very appreciate it. I love my room as well, with a stunning view of my balcony. the staff also cleaned my room very well. surprisingly with Switzerland rate the hotel also already coming together with breakfast. so good value for money.

The hotel is not newly built but the room is warm and clean. But the service of the staff and their kindness surprised me. Fantastic breakfast in quality far above the standards of its category. It's been a while since I enjoyed such coffee at a hotel breakfast.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Especially, The receptionist -young girl forgot her name, but she came from Portugal … at the check-in was very kind, smart, helpful and attentive to all the details. Thanks to her, ❤️🙏😻because of her there was a special love for this hotel. She was caring towards all the hotel guests. She told us everything on the map, which places are worth visiting, and at what time. Employees like her deserve special rewards. 🙏✔️📌It's a pity that we didn't have any cash. We would have been very happy to tip her for the incredible service and human attitude. I always ready to come back to this hotel, best in town with service.

The location of the hotel was excellent! The view from the window was breathing, the staff was amazing and very friendly. The room was very clean and the whole hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of choice.

Very cozy, family and dog friendly hotel in a beautiful location above Interlaken, with gorgeous view of Jungfrau. Perfectly located to discover Berner Oberland gems: Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Wengen, etc. Very nice, helpful and easy going staff. Clean. Good breakfast. Great downstairs area to chill out. Decent bar.

The room is spacious, clean, and has a good view. The staff in the morning, afternoon, and evening are good and friendly. They are very helpful. The breakfast is delicious.

Lovely cosy, traditional, clean accomdation. We were upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived. Breakfast had lots of options. Good facilities in the room.
