What a lovely little getaway from Cape Town, into the heart of nature at her best. Dearest Ian, Mieke and tannie Juls were so wonderful in all the ways; beyond friendly and accommodating from the moment my mom and I walked in for our (rustige) post-70th celebrations :) Breakfast was delicious each morning; the homely service and atmosphere was special. The scenic views, drives and walks were beautiful, and we were fortunate to catch all the seasons in our few days. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely stunning! Great hosts, excellent breakfast (variations from day to day) and perfect room. Super, super clean. Very beautiful view from the terrace. And the best towels I ever had in an accommodation (so thick and fluffy). Would give 12/10 if possible :)

We had a very lovely stay at the Interlaken Guest House. Our rooms (nr. 3 and 5) had an very large terrace connected to each other, with the most amazing view on the lake. The owners are very friendly people. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place in Wilderness.

we loved our stay at Interlaken,with amazing views,clean and fresh room,the hosts were so kind,our car battery was flat,Ian was up at 6:30am to try his best to help and made me coffee and my son a hot chololate and yummy breakfast to calm us down.Tyler the owner came early where he stay was far from Interlaken with jumping cable to help us to start the car so we could still continue our planed trip.we really appreciatd and highly recommend this wonderful place.

Our stay at the Interlaken Guesthouse in Wilderness was simply amazing! From the very first moment, the hosts impressed us with their incredible warmth and passion for what they do. You can immediately tell that they pour their hearts and souls into ensuring their guests have an unforgettable experience. We were lucky enough to stay in the Honeymoon Suite, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. From the balcony, we could fully enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature – perfect for a romantic getaway. The room was beautifully equipped: the towels were wonderfully fluffy, and the bedding felt so soft and luxurious that we looked forward to going to bed every night. Another highlight was the strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection – a rare find in many accommodations. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The hosts served a lovingly prepared breakfast with homemade bread, which was simply delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day feeling happy and energized. We wholeheartedly recommend the Interlaken Guesthouse to anyone looking for accommodation in Wilderness that offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere, great comfort, and personalized care. It’s a place where you’ll feel completely at home!
