Exceptional location directly on the Beach. Property maintained excellently and the rooms are very generously sized. Gardens are beautifully maintained and offer various options for seating and relaxing. One of the best places we have stayed in South Africa - our highest recommendation!

Perfect location, within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. The pictures shown are just like it is. So cute. In front of the beach. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Just loved it!!

Rita and Nick's hospitality is incredible. We arrived sick with a stomach virus and they helped us at all times. They even sent us messages after our stay to ask how we were: a very thoughtful touch. The place is very cozy and is right in front of the beach. The area is so beautiful that it deserves to be explored.

Stayed 4 nights at Haus am Strand. Bright, colourful decor and welcoming atmosphere. Very clean. Mini suite is cosy, comfortable and close to many eateries for those taking a break from cooking! Recommend!

The host was the best we have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble. We are both 77-year-olds, and he really looked after us. Much appreciated.

it is exquisite .. simple .. tastefully decorated . A beautiful courtyard garden playing french music all day .. We loved it so much we forfeited a night elsewhere to stay another night . It has been the highlight of of our trip . Nick the host is very welcoming and helpful .

Everything - lovely friendly welcome from Nick with great ideas to optimise our stay. A fantastic king room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Comfy bed & lovely bathroom. Excellent set up with kitchenette & access to BBQ or lovely restaurants minutes away if preferred. Loved Haus am Strand.
