1. Location, 2. Clean rooms/washroom with toiletries, 3. Good insulation for warmth, 4. Adequate number of charging points, 5. Complimentary Drinks/Croissant/Apples, 6. Safety culture and 7. Good window view with automated curtains.

Average, not so much to choose from. Coffee was nice and hot.. I would have expected to have more of a selection of fruit, example, cheese, eggs and possible butter, spreads of a selection, example honey or jam.

The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, with underground parking available. The rooms were the best we've experienced in a self-check-in hotel, and the self-serve breakfast was excellent. Overall, outstanding value for money.
