We had a triple room but it’s located on top floor, you had go carry up luggages by stairs

Firstly the staff was wonderful. The gentleman that checked us in was super helpful. He followed up on our arrival time and indicated that he could guide us with the self check-in if we arrived late. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. It felt like home away from home. In addition the location is great with a number of great restaurants nearby. Wiesbaden is a beautiful town.

Very nice receptionist can speak perfect English. Beautiful room and fantastic view and private bathroom. The shower will not leak, so it’s perfect. Also a 24hrs-mini bar&snack is available at the reception, fair prices for beers and popsicle. I think it’s very nice resting place for Baden-trip.

Good location but no parking at the hotel. The parking garage nearby worked fine for us, but it would have been good to know beforehand that the parking was not directly at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good! Easy walk to the downtown shopping area.

This lovely homely hotel was right in centre of town with walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants. Very safe neighbourhood. Room was spotless and clean towels every day. Comfy beds with crisp clean sheets. Pillows a bit soft but only had to ask and we were provided with extra.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The top priority for us is cleanliness & the sheets were spotless & the room was very clean. Some of the negative reviews on here really surprised me as people are just nit picking on unimportant things. We highly recommend as staff are very friendly & is in good location & air con in room. So handy having the 24Hr self service mini bar downstairs with fridge & ice so could enjoy a nice cold drink at night. Tea & coffee in room was great. Thanks for a great stay.

Fabulous location for the price. Right in the very middle of Wiesbaden. Unprepossessing exterior and entrance but nice once you are inside. Decent bedroom & bathroom, sheets, pillows etc. Decent breakfast too. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.
