This is our second time staying at Woodlands Farm, and is quickly becoming a yearly tradition because we love it so much. Jane is the perfect host. The setting of the cottage is just beautiful. Very cosy especially this time of year with the log burner and Christmas decorations. Wonderful recommendations on where to go for food. An exceptional breakfast, everything was perfect. Lovely rural location. Lovely hosts. The room is beautifully laid out with a brilliant shower room . The attached breakfast room is so lovely and breakfast was excellant.

What a wonderful cottage. A great retreat very peaceful with lovely gardens and pond. Very large room and extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were great - on tap if you need them but still total privacy. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order exactly how you like it. The fire was a dream and very cosy. Could not fault anything and definitely will be staying again. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Beautiful little find so quaint, traditional and peaceful. Had so much to offer and so personal very kind and welcoming hosts. The room was beautiful and we loved the log burner the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Would return here again as it’s just a real treat thank you Jane and Paul x

Great location. Room space was brilliant, comfortable bed and lounge area, wood burner excellent and surrounding gardens beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean and comfortable with a luxurious feel. Jane was very helpful and provided a delicious breakfast. Saw a fantastic array of bird life on the feeders. Indian restaurant within walking distance was a great reccomedation by Jane.

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay en route to the Isle of Wight as part of our honeymoon. The hosts Jane and Paul were extremely friendly and really have thought of everything. The large room with lovely garden views is equipped with everything you need and has lovely homely touches. Large very comfortable bed and the homemade biscuits and fresh milk in a little fridge all added to the feeling of a warm welcome. The delicious freshly cooked breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a B and B and included fresh fruit lovely cereals homemade jam and marmalade lovely bread locally sourced meat lovely eggs and even beautifully presented butter all served in a lovely homely dining room. Couldn’t fault anything - highly recommended.
