Absolutely lovely stay in every way. The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfy, best sleep that I've had in ages!! The staff really made my stay and were very friendly and helpful in every way. I cannot wait to come back!!

The spa was lovely with great facilities. The decor was beautifully modern and they thought about all the small details in the room, and it was well furnished. Staff were really friendly.

The hotel on the square is a lovely boutique hotel. It is elegantly designed with a lovely welcoming charm. Our room, the Heritage Suite, was in fact two rooms - the second room was perfect for a teenager! The beds were luxurious including space for a small dog bed! Both rooms had large bathrooms, hot showers, large TVs and many plug points for gadgets! The staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble - from the moment we booked. The quality of the staff is the crowning jewel of this hotel!

Welcome drinks and other nice touches. The breakfast was excellent as were the spa facilities. We also really appreciated being able to use the spa after check out and not feeling rushed. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We hope to come again.
