The continental breakfast was excellent with a very wide range of good quality ingredients. (Normally we like a 'full English' but didn't feel let down by what was on offer).

It is a lovely place to stay, my room was lovely, my only grouse was, the towels could have been bigger and the room tidied daily. Breakfast was very good. I would stay again

Arrived a little bit late, but was meet by staff and welcomed with a smile. The overall experience was very good, especially staying in a very old Inn with history and modern settings to add to the comfort.

The building is full of character and charm and a very strong sense of history. A totally different experience to the cookie cutter hotel chains. We'll considered breakfast, very personable host and clean warm rooms.
