Fifty metres opposite the hotel is a large public car park which is free for 2 hours during the day, free overnight and free all day Saturday and Sunday.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. York house was great! comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners were so helpful and the breakfast was lovely. Really nice location near to restaurants and the prom. Definitely recommend.

Fantastically located place. Absolutely spotless clean & well maintained. The owner was warm, friendly & helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked on order. Room was spacious with lovely views & well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent 4 night stay in Whitley Bay. Very much looked after and made welcome from the moment I arrived. Nothing was an issue and the rooms were very. very comfortable. Everything including the very nice cooked breakfast was fantastic. would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, very welcoming and room was nicely furnished. Not much of a view as it was on back of property, this didn’t put a dampener on my stay. Fridge and microwave which was really handed if needed. Very tasty breakfast with an excellent choice. The only small criticism would be the size of sausage, would have expected a meaty thick one.

The second time i have stayed here. The rooms are lovely and clean and well equipped. Had off street parking. The host was so helpful and even remembered me from my last visit. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order.
