This indeed means the front elevation looks unsettling however we assure you your comfort is our top priority. We understand this is inconvenient however please bear with us as we improve the property. Any concerns or queries please speak to our wonderful team.'Please note that parking is allocated on a first come first served basis.Please be aware that there are 17 steps leading from reception to the rooms. The staircase is wide with a wide banister.

Where to start? The staff were very accommodating and so polite. The room was a tad cold at first, given the fact that it was cold on the sea front when we stayed, but when we contacted the main reception, they solved our problem very quickly. The bed was so comfy, we could've laid there all day every day. The breakfast was as delicious as the last time we stayed there. The view was spectacular, even with the ongoing works on the exterior, still well worth the price. The room was so (for want of a better word) roomy, and I'd highly recommend this Hotel to anyone, whether on holiday abroad, or just a weekend getaway.

The staff were great the room was nice despite the work that's going on it didn't really bother us . I only struggled a bit with the stairs but I managed it was great just what we needed

Hotel is in the middle of a major refurbishment so it’s not a pretty site to behold but once through the building site exterior it is a charming, typical British seaside hotel. Staff were friendly, accommodating and nothing g was an issue for them. They have great knowledge of the local area and are happy to chat.
