The staff was amazing all the way from the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, to the hot chocolate and breakfast staff, and cleaning people. Such a great trip - they made up feel like we were at home. We just booked our next trip with them in Feb 2025 (and this time we are bringing more family with us).

Staff is very friendly and helpful, which is especially helpful considering that there is no elevator and getting luggage up a flight of carpeted stairs is a challenge. LOVED the fireplace lounge. Very comfy and beautiful. The free breakfast was good but they could use more tables. Good coffee, huge muffins, bagels, bread, fruit, etc. If I was a skier I would be extra thrilled with the location.

Wonderful location at the ski hill. Close to Whitefish, with a senic drive. Comfortable, cozy rooms with various amenities. Convenient contential breakfast, which was well prepared.
