Almost everything. When we got there, the paperwork was already ready. I made a mistake in booking a pet friendly room even though we don't have a pet with me. That was the only available room for us when I booked on the app. We got upgraded to a room a with queen size bed and a kitchenette. There was a full size fridge and an almost new stove oven. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent too, a lot to choose from. And the two staff we met were very friendly and comfortable to related with.

Cloud9 Inn ttruly surprised us. Usually book hotels, however wanted to try something different. It is a hidden gem,. super kind staff,vehicles are inside their yard , away from the road, and outside traffic. Wonderful set up!! Breakfast was fabulous! Although their breakfast hours start at 5;30, the staff was so delightfully accommodating to make a: To Go breakfast , due to the fact we had to leave at 05;00. WEll done, most defeinatly will stay again..

The room was so clean, especially the fact that the floor was laminate and not a smelly carpet. They also provided a rubber shower mat, which lessened any chance of slipping in the bathtub. There was ample space in the room. The clerk who registered us was very personable and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, not only a hot meal, but also hot or cold cereal, toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, etc. It was beautifully displayed and the tables were very clean.

The staff are incredible. The women who make up the rooms, super friendly and professional. The staff who run the free breakfast are so accommodating and friendly. So many options for breakfast. Gervi and the young woman who work the front desk are knowledgeable, quick to respond to questions I had prior to arriving. This will be our go to place while staying in Whitecourt.
