Gorgeous building with huge yet cosy and comfortable rooms. All facilities were in great working order and Craig was extremely attentive and helpful. If there was availability, we would have stayed longer! Great value for money and I simply cannot fault it.

I was able to stay with our husky and the location was excellent for Symonds Yat, both East and West. Easy for the dog to stay and the location was central with a fantastic coffee shop in the village that opens at 7am.

Craig was very welcoming from the beginning offering us tea/coffee and even cake! Our room was clean, full of character and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent made by Craig’s own fair hand. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to recommend Norton House and would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
