We like everything from morning to night. Breakfast perfect. Surroundings perfect to walks into Sandsend to eat at night. Jasmine and Blaine the perfect hosts and could not recommend anyone to stay high enough. We have stayed countless times and will be back very soon.

Confortable. Away from the main thorough. So peaceful and quiet. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. But would of liked some fruit and some porridge on the menu. Thankyou for a great stay.

The location is great. It's a short walk to the beach, along a stream-side path. Breakfast was very good, and the owners are really friendly.

Perfect quiet secluded location. Very large room with private bathroom and its own access door to outside Comfy bed and large TV . The room also had a settee and was nice and clean . Pet friendly cottage with walks from the door . Sandsend is only 5 or 10minutes walk away . Guests can also use the large beautifully furnished livingroom . The full Yorkshire breakfast was top quality and cereals croissant etc were also available!

My stay was fantastic the view was beautyful the room was very clean and realy well set out and decor was fantasic the bed was comfortable the room was cozy plenty of towells and the breakfast was phenomenal realy tasty and the staff was polite and accomadatting and helpful i would deffinatly stay here again 10/10

Really lovely breakfast, good facilities all round, lovely quiet location, close to both Sandsend and Whitby, friendly and helpful host in Blaine, very comfortable bed, good bedroom with direct outside access, good bathroom with shower.

Beautiful property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect secluded spot with very comfortable, clean well equipped rooms. Very dog friendly, we had our own private entrance which made taking the dog out for toilet breaks much easier. Breakfast was included in the room rate, the cooked breakfast and coffee was lovely. We would love to come back.
