The location couldn’t have been better really, and the staff were super friendly. We stayed in appartment 3 and the rooms were big - perfect for the 3 girlfriends for a night away. And the beds were insanely comfortable- best night sleep in a long time!!

We took a last minute stay in Whitby and found this hotel. It was perfectly located and the person in charge is honestly the best I have encountered during my hotel staying experiences. We have forgotten an item in the room and the host has gone beyond everything possible to help us to retrieve it. I can recommend anyone visiting Whitby to give this place a go.

Very clean, warm and cosy, comfortable beds, and everything in working order. Powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and TV with Netflix kept us all happy when raining outside. Friendly staff in the restaurant below showed us round and gave us a mobile number for any issues at any time. Location was excellent for all areas of Whitby.

We took our 3 grandchildren for an affordable night away at Whitby - the premises was perfect location for access to the town/beach. the children had their own beds/rooms. We were very impressed, nice and clean, pleasant surroundings. Yes be mindful of the stairs - but not a problem. Very good.

Very last minute stay and couldn't fault it. 2 floors and the attic bedroom was gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable too. Great facilities and location. Will definitely stay again.
