Staff were friendly, especially breakfast waiting staff. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice, all cooked fresh. Room was fine and clean. Location was central.

Room was large and comfortable, very central location, good breakfast. Beds comfortable. Useful information on booking email. Be aware you can't park on site but the location is great for exploring Whitby and is very charming.

Fantastic location , staff helpful as we dropped bags off at 11 . They took them to the room for us , very helpful. Good choice of breakfast.

Family room was spacious and quiet, much bigger than expected. Great location and the staff were very helpful. We are in the restaurant, which was lovely.
