Comfortable, well equipped house with 3 ensuite bedrooms in a prime position on the seafront in Sandsend.

Comfortably warm throughout the stay, thanks to the under floor heating kept on at a nice temperature. The cottage was just perfect & we just loved the view!

The location is fab that is one of the reasons we go there, we did think the cottage looked a bit worn this year as the carpets especially on the stairs looked grubby, bathroom floor also dirty and basin a bit smelly, a downstairs tv would be nice to watch occasionally
