Liked the location although, in the first instance, difficult to find the entrance to the property. We walked from the train station. No shampoo in shower room. Breakfast was good value and delicious.

I liked the breakfast and choices on offer. My room was at the front of the building and had a lovely view. The landlady, Jools was very friendly and welcoming.

Single room Jools was lovely and very helpful on check-in with parking and a map. Situated close to the Bay. Room had everything you need. Full breakfast was nice at £8.00.

Very clean, large well lit bathroom, very comfortable bed with bedside light, central location with shops & sea views a few minutes walk away. Warm welcome with interesting posters on walls & beautiful Whitby whale bone arch window.
