The room was exceptional the bed was so comfy had a great nights sleep. Lovely location and staff were very friendly. The only down side was the cooked English breakfast it was very tasteless and seemed to have been warmed up . Apart from that everything was great and would stay again.

Lovely location overlooking beach ,pier and Abbey. Guesthouse was lovely, clean and breakfast was excellent Staff very friendly and welcoming 😊

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Great breakfast, doing vegan options for my wife was no trouble at all. Lovely clean room, extremely comfortable bed and an amazing sea view. Binoculars in the room are a nice touch.

We like the location, but it is a walk into town. Loved that the put binoculars in the room as we had a sea view.
