The bedroom was clean, warm and cosy. It had all the amenities for our perfect comfort. The host was very polite, discrete, and informative about Whitby. The breakfast was exceptional! It was so well cooked and presented and altogether very luxurious. We shall definitely re-visit!

Had a fantastic few days stay , we were greeted with a very friendly Dave , who helped with our luggage , and car parking. Definitely went over and above to help us They were brilliant hosts and could not do enough for us , always asking if everything was ok . Our room was immaculately clean ,(and I am very fussy ! ) The breakfast ranks as the best we have had ! Along with the fresh fruit salad ,What more can I say !! I would recommend the Florence hotel to all our family and friends who are going to Whitby as the location is perfect , just a few minutes walk from all the shops, bars cafes etc. we will definitely be staying there again .

Location great. Owners were informative and very knowledgeable regarding area, places to eat transportation to other areas. They were so thoughtful to all who stayed there. Breakfast was wonderfully freshly cooked, you could request anything you wished. Best B&B ever stayed in.
