The room was clean, warm and a large room. There is parking on-site which is a bonus as not many b&b have parking. Location is very good.

Firstly the location is excellent, with onsite private parking. The room, very spacious and warm, with a lovely hot shower, and plenty of tea/coffee. Also a nice touch was the biscuits for tea/coffee with added extras, like, porridge/breakfast bars/water/Diet Coke/Fanta. The host really thought of everything.

The house is absolutely beautiful, the room was amazing , very big and very clean, the onsuite was a great addition and the shower was lovely., The owner was so welcoming and very lovely. Great location 5 minute walk to the center of whitby would recommend

We were welcomed by Gill the owner who was very warm and welcoming, we where shown to our room which was lovely and a really good size, there was a small fridge with water/drinks and also a kettle with tea/coffee, we also loved the location as it was only a ten minute walk to the centre.

Although only paid for room only, the added touches of water, soft drinks, cereal pots, and biscuits made all the difference and would recommend to friends and family

The room was spacious there was tea and coffee and even porridge in the room and it was only a short walk into town an added bonus there was on site parking

Easy parking, nice large room with stand alone bath, separate shower, sofa, large TV, comfy bed and mini fridge stocked with water, orange juice, diet coke and lemonade as well as tea, coffee, porridge pots, fruit bars and biscuits. Clean and comfortable room. Good location, only 10-15 min walk into town.
