The location was excellent, with easy access to the local amenities. Breakfast was superb and our host, Lee, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and its history.

We liked the super king bed as we won't share a double, bed was fine but you roll into each position from where everyone sleeps so the mattress has dips in it but still fine for sleeping . We liked the breakfast but the scramble egg was too overdone for me but all good apart from that( personal preference though). Didn't use the shower so can't comment on that. Great location and room was clean and no problems

The friendly, warm welcome. Comfortable room and delicious breakfasts. The location is close to the centre of Whitby and also close proximity to the beach.
