Each room was large and clean. Lots of storage space and I liked that it had a first aid kit and fire blanket.

It was very close to the centre of Whitby. With no noise at night. The communication with the property owner was great. The combi boiler developed a fault, which was rectified straight away, with no inconvenience to our stay. The property was spotlessly clean and tidy. It was good having the car park pass. The west cliff car park was a 5 minute walk from the property. We managed to park on the street outside of the property to unload and load the car. The complimentary bottle of wine went down well also.
