Our room was clean and beautifully decorated — it’s very clear that the hosts take a lot of pride in their work. Donna was lovely from the outset, she kept in touch to ensure that our check-in and check-out went as smoothly as possible. As soon as she noticed we were struggling to get into the property she came to our rescue and showed us to our room. There was even orange juice, fresh milk and an assortment of pastries! The bed was soft and warm, the room was warm but just in-case it wasn’t to our liking there was a blanket in the drawer (that was red, to match the room). Their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, we will absolutely be coming back the next time we stay in Whitby. I don’t want to stay anywhere else.

It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Donna was helpful and friendly. Good location. A short walk to the quayside. Whitby lovely.

Everything about our stay at the Launceston Villa, the room was very clean and well equipped, our host was very welcoming and very helpful. The room fridge was a pint of milk, orange juice and bottled water. The coffee and tea was very ample, and the room was spotless.

Everything about the Launceston Villa is Fantastic, the room was brilliant and the extra touches like the half pint of milk ,orange juice, biscuits and pastries, just so thoughtful. Donna was brilliant nothing was a problem 1st class as was our stay before.

Lovely room at the top of the house . Warm and comfortable. Lots of extras including a fridge with milk orange juice , bottled water and pastries. Plenty of tea coffee etc and lovely toiletries . Can’t fault.
