The space for a large family group was excellent. The views over the estuary were wonderful. The decor and the equipment in the kitchen were well chosen. The layout of kitchen, dining and seating was perfect. The downstairs suite with the enormous bathroom was private and quiet from the rest of the group. There were child gates on the stairs. The beds were very comfortable. There were chairs and table on the balcony from the sitting room for when the weather is good. There was room for one car in the garage and the other large car on the driveway. Our third car was comfortably parked along the street.

The house is in a great location fantastic views, very clean, has all you need .great for a large family ,the steps down to the town from the garden are a bit steep,slippery but theres are slopes just out side lots to see and do in whitby 🙂

The location and the standard of furnishings. Off street parking was a huge benefit. The house is warm and cosy and well equipped.

The property was spotlessly clean and ready for us on arrival so we were able to check in earlier which was very much appreciated. We brought our own things like tea, coffee, milk etc but there was a good range of these at the property which is a great touch. There was a good coffee machine and a stock of coffee pods available which is brilliant. The location is brilliant, 5 minute walk to the centre and right near the trail to the Abbey. The view is great and every room was of a good quality. The garage is brilliant as we had two cars so we were able to keep cars off the road by using the garage. Would highly recommend ☺️
