The fine print
When booking 9 rooms or more, an initial deposit of the first night for each room plus tax is required and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be processed 30 days prior to arrival.
If the group cancels more than 30 days prior to arrival, the initial deposit shall be forfeited. If the group cancels within 30 days of arrival, all reservations will be non-refundable.
Please note that we are a dog-friendly hotel, and we accept up to two dogs at this property; any additional dogs are charged at $150 per dog per stay.
Self-parking is CAD $25 plus tax per vehicle, and valet parking is CAD $30 plus tax per vehicle.
Please note that guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in; over holiday weekends, guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in. (This restriction also applies during Victoria Day weekend.)

Liked the area, close to restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops, like Starbucks, and even a Grocery market with a liquor store side by side. Also friendly staff at the hotel making it a welcoming atmosphere.
