The fine print
Same credit card used to book the reservation, along with a valid ID, must be presented to be able to check in. A $200 credit card hold is required at check-in.The following fees apply and are subject to change without notice: - Early check-in fee (if available) before 2pm = 50% of nightly rate, 2pm -4pm = $50. - Late check-out fee (if available) up to 1pm = $50, 1pm - 6pm = 50% of nightly rate. - Secure Underground Parking is available $25 per day plus tax.The hotel has a limited number of dog-friendly Suites available. Request must be made at the time of booking. An additional charge per dog of $29 per night will be applied (plus applicable taxes). There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per Suite. We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets other than dogs. Dog-free Suites are available upon request at time of booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great property, own suite but good facilities in the grounds like the pool, hot tub etc. Very convenient (free) shuttle bus into town which was very helpful.

The property is very nice looking. Impressive from the outside and around the mountains. The room was a good size and clean. Quiet area and private. Free shuttle to the village was okay.

Great location for ski in/out with ski valet. Very convenient shuttle service into whistler village. Super friendly staff and daily cleaning. Outdoor hot tubs. Cosy and comfortable!

I loved the whole place; it was so easy to get to and from Upper Village with the free shuttle #5 which came every 10 minutes. The big Christmas trees made it very festive and the room was so comfortable and cosy. The heated pool and hot tub were great for a soak after a long day. The staff with whom I interacted were so kind and friendly and incredibly accommodating with my need to temporarily store luggage and my snowboard after checking out and before checking in. This made it so much easier for me as I was travelling alone and had a lot to carry! Highly recommend.
