No breakfast was included in the deal - all self-catering. Location was very good. Close to main attractions. Walking distance to many.

The house was clean tidy and very nice, it felt like we were tucked away from the city which was nice, very family friendly spacious and perfect for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable for every one.
