I loved the fact that I was on the second story and yet I had no neighbours (other motel guests) under my unit or to the immediate left or right of my unit, such was the design of the Motel. This made for a very quiet stay.

The facility was nice, clean, and very tidy. the bathroom was amazingly clean 👌🏼. Was just perfect for a wee getaway with the husband. The upstairs pods were very spacious also . The bed was sooo comfortable with crisp sheets and blankets . AC provided comfortability, especially being summer in whakatane, so it was a perfect stay . Thank you to the Com staff for making sure the rooms are immaculate and the lovely ladies at reception x The wee Whittakers chocolates 🍫 are such a bonus also . Thank you

The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy. Bathroom well set out Bed comfortable. Towels thick and luxurious Restaurant next door had great meals. Will return.

Didnt have breakfast but the motel was superb. Nice and new and clean. Next time I stay I'll get to the historic pub next door!

Location was excellent. We were able to drive a short distance down the road to have dinner while watching the sunset. A perfect way to end a day of driving. Also, while there was traffic early in the morning it didn’t affect the sleep for my son and granddaughter.

We liked the modern look and feel of this hotel! Our room was ready by 2, when we arrived, so that was nice! This motel is very close to all the shops and restaurants downtown, but just a bit beyond the busiest part, which is a good thing. There is also bar/restaurant right next door. We didn't try it, but wanted to, as it looked teally nice! The parking was well designed; we parked right outside our room.
