From the moment my granddaughter and I arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Emma. She has an awesome vibe about her. We actually booked in, initially, for 1 night only. A change of circumstances meant booking an extra night for 2 more grandkids to join us. I had booked the wrong date for 2nd night. Emma was quick to amend my mistake. The added kids meant we moved from a smaller unit to the bigger one. The move was easily made. I was advised that some minor maintenance would be done in the room we were moving to and given the option to check in straight away or later in the afternoon. Any and all questions I had were answered immediately. If you want somewhere convenient to everything, quiet and comfortable, with friendly staff, then this is the place. It may not have modern facilities like other more expensive places, but it has everything you need. Both Emma and her husband could be seen working all day with cleaning units, maintaining lawns, etc, and were non intrusive. The gardens and seating areas are so nice. Units 1 - 4 may be a little noisy for some as they have a work yard behind them. It was only noticeable during the day but not too bad. The other units, 5 - 8 (we were in 6), were peaceful, comfortable, and clean. Thank you for the awesome hospitality Emma and whanau.

The location was great for our needs. We were attending a touch tournament just up the road, so it was incredibly convenient and walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone in similar situation.

Everything was so clean, and the linen and towels smelled so nice. Really had a comfy stay. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It just felt like home.
