Stunning view from 1st floor room. A stone's throw from the beach, just across the quiet cul de sac in front of the building. Easy walk to central Weymouth.

The hostess was very welcoming, respectful and kind. Food was excellent and there was limited noise in the property during my stay . The bedroom carpet was not very clean needed shampooing the bed , wardrobe , bathroom and other cupboards were clean.

Was warmly welcomed, settled in, the breakfast was gorgeous bedroom was lovely comfortable bed, was able to leave my luggage there untill I was ready to pick it up, will definitely recommend this very warm and welcoming establishment very impressive will definitely book here again

There was a lovely cat called Queenie. Amazing view of the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The lady who runs the place was kind, nice & always happy with a smile. The rooms were spacious & the breakfast was lovely. Written by my 7yr old.

Sue and her husband greeted me on arrival at the property. After the introduction, I was explained about the amenities of the hotel and was given a room key.

Beautiful view from the room! Great location with the sandy beach literally few steps away. Tasty delicious breakfasts, fruit salads in little jars, pastries. Lovely owners make this place comfy and cosy. We love it!

Really friendly welcome, great view, good location, quieter than we expected, comfy bed, adjustable temperature controls on the radiators, windows that opened (my personal bug bear is not being able to open windows!), nice warm shower and an excellent breakfast with good quality ingredients and a good ethos. Absolutely perfect for our needs and we would definitely return.

We enjoyed the view with a great bay window view of the sea. However the windows could not be opened up. To allow any sea/ fresh air breeze into the room. Which was a little disappointing.
