breakfast, communication before and during stay, parking, the single room was small but comfortable, with everything and great value with the breakfast included. Friend came to meet me and have a quick drink before we went to a party and that was no issue after l mentioned it.

Everything was great, Maria is so lovely, had a wonderful breakfast and listened to my favourite radio station Absolute 80s!!! I loved it here, I stayed in Weymouth to visit a friend who said he'd be down to visit his mum, but he let me down as I didn't hear from him. Staying here certainly made up for that. I feel I need more reasons to come here to be in Weymouth!!!

Location was only a 5 minute walk on the flat to town centre, Maria puts on a superb breakfast which keeps you going all day. Had a great stay and WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Neil & Tina
