location was great, right on sea front. very friendly hosts and very knowledgeable of area. breakfast great, clean tidy room with everything in there we needed, very comfy beds. biscuits added extra.

Lovely idea that they have a fridge in the bedroom with proper milk.Also they are happy for takeaways to be eaten with prior notice and they provide your breakfast table ready and clear for use.Also provide a bottle opener/corkscrew in the bedroom.
