Great location for us. I would suggest you tell families that this area is very noisy later in the week as it is opposite a pub and downstairs is renovating and that was very noisy in the mornings. The complimentary coffee and tea etc was much appreciated but be aware the long life milk was rancid, this should be kept in the fridge. It is great that there are several buckets and spades for children, this is perfect for families that may have forgotten theirs. Perhaps have a shelf for books that people may have read and are happy to leave behind. This could also work for beach toys. The bridge out front would be fun for kids to watch going up and down as the boats go in and out of the harbour. We enjoyed watching this as adults. It should get a mention on your page. The car park under the building is wonderful and a huge saving in parking fees/security.

The size of the property was brilliant and having 2 bathroom areas and toilets available was a great help. Spacious, cleanliness, lovely vibe had everything we needed and was so central to everything and a beautiful view of the harbour. The balcony was an added bonus.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed it is comfy, close to the facilities of the town. The balcony is very good for a morning coffee or evening drink and watching the harbour activities.
