Very friendly and helpful owner. Homely dining room where you could help yourself including to fresh milk. Good selection of cereals, porridge and toast, also drinks. Also gluten free choices. Good amount of hanging space and drawer storage considering the size of the room. Bed was comfortable. Powerful shower and plenty of hot water.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE HOST AND THE ROOM AND SETTING WERE VERY GOOD INDEED. HAD A GOOD NIGHTS SELEEP EXCEPT AROUND 12.30/1AM WHEN THERE WAS A BIT OF DISTURBANCE OUTSIDE THE ROOM

Comfy and clean room overlooking the lovely garden which I could use. Lots of condiments in the room including bottled water and cookies-a nice touch 🌟 Dining room available should you wish to have a take-away. Everything you need for a comfortable nigh or two or three away!! I'm certain I'll be back again.

Owner was able to honour booking at late notice from their end even though property was victim to Storm Bert with a part finished room which I accepted due to being only 25 minutes or so from the location and needing the room due to the football. Friendly, helpful and proud owner. Had I been in the room I had booked (before the storm damage) I have no doubt that all the answers would be the maximum rating as the owner clearly furnishes rooms to a high standard with good quality products. The ad-hoc breakfast was simple, effective and plentiful.

The owners were absolutely superb and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure my daughter enjoyed her breakfast by going to the shop and buying certain fruits that she liked. Would definitely stay here again, value for money

The owner was amazing friendly, helpful, polite and made us feel very welcome. The bed was so do comfortable the room was clean with lovely condiments ie tea coffee biscuits and more ,fantastic selection of breakfast and fresh fruits and juices in the fridge, I would highly recommend this hotel
