The Hotel is a beautiful building itself, on spacious grounds near the river. We booked for a day stay away to relax and to celebrate my birthday. What a nice surprise a gesture that the management upgraded our room to a junior suite from a deluxe double for free without asking for it. Thank you, you made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, super clean and with stunning views over the river. We dined also in the restaurant, the ala cart menu was quite different from the usual but it was really tasty. The staff was very polite and attentive. It makes a difference with the experience. Definitely recommending it.

Period property. Rooms are a good size. Excellent breakfast. Stayed for dinner one evening. Food is well prepared and presented. Was very happy with my choices.
