Hotel Overview

I had an issue with Room 8, constantly running toilet and was moved to Room 1, but on first entering the room its was cool and there was no heating overnight and by the morning the room was very cold. I was staying with you for 2 nights so reported this to the staff in the morning, I was assured it would be looked at and fixed by my return that evening. I was offered a complimentary breakfast which I accepted which was a nice touch.
