We couldn't have asked for more, the breakfast was delicious, room was spotless and we had a very warm welcome. Communication with the host(Vanessa) was excellent from the start and she very kindly, let me park my motorcycle in her garage.

An immaculately furnished and spotlessly clean guest house with large spacious rooms and en-suite bathroom. Excellent full English breakfast 👍 The landlady was very welcoming and friendly. We’ve tried numerous hotels and b & bs in Weston over the last 5 yrs, all fair to decent to be honest. The Fernlea is our favourite to date and we will be going back again all being well next April. 👍

Loved everything, one of the best places I have stayed .It's a 2 mile strole on a footpath into Weston-super-Mare sea front if you like walking. We had a full cooked breakfast in the mornings that took us to tea time . Highly Recommend.
