I was happy to stay at this lovely spot while vacationing in Florida. Unfortunately I was only supposed to stay a short time, and my flight at the airport literally got delayed until the next working day. I was fortunate on many counts. The airport I got grounded at was only a one hour drive from my home. So after waiting 7 hours I did get to go back home. When I called Vacation Village and told them what happened they were very gracious and professional about it. I asked Booking.com for a refund, and got my money back within days. The airline also gave me a 100% return on my airfare. Considering it was my vacation that went nowhere, I still have nothing but compliments for all the parties I dealt with during this experience.
