location was perfect for the purpose of our visit for an appointment at Westmead Hospital . Meal available close by Found our way around okay, traffic not a major issue Reception staff, very friendly , helpful and enthusiastic. Another member of staff was also very supportive and helpful

The response from the reception ( everyone) when the staff came to know that I was there to see a sick child was just too good, they were considerate and told me how to book the next time, I even got a microwave! Thank you

Good location especially after the new light rail has started. The stop is right outside the hotel.

We were travelling north to qld and didn’t want to come all the way into Sydney. It was a quick exit onto motorways north

Very quiet, clean, friendly staff, close to Private Hospital . Lots of cafes and restaurants close by to choose from. Real milk on arrival.. not pods of milk. Huge plus… 😁
