The property is extremely clean and comfortable. With wooden furniture, heater, fan etc. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Doing everything to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The facilities are big, and it is located in quiet village in the Utrecht. With buses available for your travel. I would definitely recommend this rental, and I will certainly be renting with Paul and Lettie again.

The hospitality is the top. 10/10 Soo nice people. The room was clean and beds really comfortable. Private bathroom, small but enough for 2 night stay. Localication... well if you dont have a car, to the nearest bus stop have to walk like 30 minutes, but if you have a car to Utrecht Central is 15-20 minutes. There is wi-fi, tv, pot and air conditioner. So I recommend overall 9.5/10🤩
