The room was clean, and did not stink. I traveled with my dog, and we typically get stuck in a stinky room and they will not honor online bookings if you have a dog. This was the case, but the room was excellent. The breakfast cost money. This is where I part ways. I have paid $180 for a room they will not match on online booking because I have dog. The breakfast was a separate cost. The staff was amazing all around. I feel that with the value vs cost was inbalanced.. Traveling with a dog is tough. I am.a single female. I would stay again because that is the slim choices available.

Everything was amazing, Leanne was very friendly and helpful she let us to check in earlier and it was very kind of her. We drove from san Diego!

The swimming pool is nice. Comfortable rooms but hotel is a bit pricey.

Extremely welcoming and helpful reception staff. There were two (married) couples in the reception during our stay, and they were so friendly, gave os lots of advice and took a real interest in our trip. The best hotel welcome we've ever had! The deluxe double room was nice and spacious (less spacious with both a roll in bed and the pull out bed in use, but one would expect that). West Yellowstone is a great location for exploring Yellowstone.

Friendly staff West Yellowstone is quite small so location does not make a huge difference. Neighborhood was quiet.
