Resort Overview

Holly Tree Resort features indoor and outdoor pools and a well-equipped gym. Just a 6-minute drive from Sea Gull Beach, it offers spacious studios with a fully equipped kitchenette.
Each of the warm colored studios provides a DVD player. A sofa bed is also offered.
The resort offers a DVD library and video arcade. There are basketball and racquetball courts along with a picnic area and charcoal grills.
Holly Tree Resort is less than 1 mile from the Atlantic Ocean. It is within 3 miles of the JFK Museum, Nantucket ferry and Bayberry Hill Golf Course.

Brilliant resort, very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was everything we wanted and needed for a short stay in Cape Cod.
