Pre-Xmas offer, excellent location, lovely sea view. Staff were very friendly & welcoming! The room was slightly too warm for my liking, but that's my personal choice. Waking up to a sunrise over the calm sea was perfect! Would love to stay again, but normal prices are outside our overnight budget!

Our room was huge with a balcony and fabulous sea views. The bed was very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful food was great, best fishcakes I've ever had. Breakfast was great too, so much to choose from. We will be back!

not a great view from the ( single) room ( which didnt matter as was only there for the night ) but great view from the breakfast area and lovely cooked breakfast , friendly professional service great value enjoyed it very much . walked to polperro from outside the hotel beautiful walk then bus back then a few pubs in the evening especially recommend the Jolly Sailor nearby - brilliant - can also recommend Viceroy Indian Restaurant fantastic meal .
