We liked the clear instructions before we arrived. We were sent a text saying that the apartment was ready for us way before the 4pm time that we were expecting so were able to start our holiday an hour of two earlier. A welcome card was waiting for us and all the constituents of a cream tea. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped.
