have stayed several times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Looe, Stephanie and Andrew very friendly, food really good and loads of choice, everything always clean, good position at edge of town so everything nearby, bonus having your own parking space to use while you stay and great views of river, already booked again for next year

Fantastic welcome with a cup of tea/coffee on a tray in covered balcony for quests' use.. Lovely welcome by couple every morning. Food was excellent, beautiful bacon and lovely full quality breakfast(not fatty), quality fruit salad etc., coffee really nice blend.(and I'm fussy) Tables all had a fresh rose. l. Nothing too much trouble. Kingsize bedroom no. 4 on third floor in attic but fabulous views of tidal river and extended space. All exceptionally clean and plenty of sockets.. Rubbish emptied every day and fresh milk provided every day in little fridge. Attention to detail and nice touches.
