My family really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Modern, clean and comfortable, with amazing view from our window to the city and castle. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Central location. City parking right next to the hotel. Special thanks for the baby bed, although it was not supposed to be offered. I highly recommend.

The shower was the best from what I've experienced in my life. The breakfast was also very diverse and tasty. Checking in and out was a quick and nice process.

Location was quiet. Walking distance to Hbf, steam train to Brocken, and city centre. The reception staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpfull.

Enjoy a great breakfast in a beautiful location. comfortable bed and pillows and blanket, the bathroom also comfortable. Everything looks new or after good repair.

The stuff was amazingly friendly and helpful. At some point we forgot our stroller in the garage nearby and they were so kind, that they went and picked it up for us. The little surprise for the child was also really nice and pleasant.

Convenient location, helpful staff, great breakfast. Nice sauna and hot tub. Sauna is textile free.

The rooms were small but acceptable for an extended weekend. However our room was not cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was Ok but no possibility to drink a cappuccino with plant milk, no option for vegans apart from tomato, cucumber and peppers. We had two people that are plant based for health reasons. For us was disconcerting the need to pay for bathrobes to go to the wellness area. All these aspects should be covered by a 4 stars hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly! And I want to highlight the bar/disco at the basement. We had a very good time there. The location was excellent and the reason why we selected the hotel in the first place.
