Incredible setting and location and the best hosts you could wish for. Such an interesting project - once completed it is going to be utterly magnificent, so make the most of these great value prices while you can! I managed to eat all of the biscuits and a substantial amount of the generous fruit bowl (thank you!) and it was brilliant being able to use the beautiful kitchen. Room facilities were great and having our own patio was lovely. There's a waterfall shower, a comfy bed you can get lost in, a well stocked bookcase in the elegant lounge area, and a handy fridge. It was wonderful being able to ramble around the grounds and sheep, and to see the potential and history of the hall. The local town is lovely - it's a short walk if you can be bothered, and an even shorter drive if you can't. The Raven is a great pub that does good food (worth booking ahead) and The Bay Tree is a fantastically quirky cafe bar. If I can go back, I certainly will!

The suite was amazing, exceeded any expectations we may have had. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Already thinking about who we can tell about the Hall and when we can come back.

The location is amazing, long reaching spectacular views, very peaceful, accomodation was upgraded upon arrival as there was an issue with the room we did have booked, Mark was very helpful and lovely to speak with, he gave us lots of information about the history of the place and the vision the partners have for the future of the place. It's a beautiful old building that will be great to see the finished product. The work that is taking place doesn't interrupt your stay. Breakfast was delivered to our accommodation on time, warm ccroissants, fresh coffee, juice and granola.
