Basic queen room. Sofa & Bed with a small table for the continental Breakfast. the Table was a little high for the chairs provided. there was no Breakfast room so you had to take your Breakfast back to your room or eat at the picnic tables.

comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast was sufficient, no dining area so you collect food and eat outside or back in your room. Fridge, microwave, toasted and coffee maker in room.

This is a great little motel, with a nice clean pool within easy view of all the rooms (which is good if you have small children). The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests - no matter how inane. The room was clean, and well appointed, and the location is great, just up the road from the footbridge to the main beach, and situated just a minute or two from the shops, gas station, entertainments, etc between Wells and Ogunquit. The motel also provides a free breakfast for all its guests, including muffins, coffee, toast, fruit and a variety of other staples.

Nice rooms, comfortable and clean, very nice and friendly staff, breakfast was also good, I believe they make their own cakes and muffins which were delicious..... but there could be a wider selection of foods, and they also changed it, so we could not enjoy the waffles the next day, which was a shame as they were the best part of the offered breakfast.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we booked again! Great location, good breakfast and big, comfortable beds. Everything was super clean and rooms are very well equipped with everything you need.
